Who We Are
We began our journey in 1997 refurbishing pubs, clubs and restaurants across the country. In 2002 we decided to relocate to the Isle of Man where having already installed several swimming pools in England we opened a new Swimming Pool installation and Maintenance company.
We brought together a strong team of tradesmen and we began to tender for more contracts which through a strong background in quality and health and safety we successfully won and delivered on time and budget.
Although we did not generally take on domestic projects, through the swimming pool division we found that our clients wanted to use our services and we are proud to say we have worked on the estates of some our countries most prolific business and sports men and women homes. These projects have ranged from building and cladding a helicopter hanger to installing a panic room. It was always interesting and we have met some wonderful people.
In 2012 we relocated back to the mainland again and began projects with Opel the student housing group to refurbish student accommodation. So the brief was 200 units in 6 weeks and yes we brought it in on time with careful planning and procurement of quality staff and materials. Since then we have gained more experience and we never stop learning and training our staff to move in line with new technology and skills.
We have been working now within the construction industry for 20 years. We have successfully completed projects for Isle of Man Government, Isle of Man Post Office, Paddy Power, Bet 365, Natwest, Lloyds Bank, HBOS, Zurich, Friends Provident, Canal and River Trust, Vinci, Cafe Nero, Little Chef, Burgerking, and many more.
